Most tools were made for those who view operations from the outside.
HashData was made by those who were on the inside.
HashData is a platform built from a real problem, not a market opportunity. And this difference changes everything about how it works.
In 2016, based on years of experience in consulting and still-manual field routines, HashData identified a problem that no existing tool adequately solved, especially concerning critical operations, audits, quality checklists, inspections across various segments, among others. The market was still dependent on paper, spreadsheets, and emails. The data existed, but it didn’t arrive in time. And when it did arrive, analysis, decision-making, and corrective action still depended on compiling the collected information.
The platform was born to solve this! Not as a generic data collection product, but as a tool built for environments where errors have a real cost: from a small retail store to complex production lines. Environments where quality, safety, maintenance, and other critical processes demand speed, control, traceability, and standardization not as a differentiator, but as a non-negotiable requirement.
In 2018, JBS USA, the world’s largest animal protein producer, began operating with HashData. Not as a pilot. In production, across dozens of units simultaneously.
The results opened doors to North America: JBS Canada and Mexico. In 2022, Seara and Congebec (Canada). In 2024, Friboi and the expansion into other segments, such as service provision, logistics operations, agribusiness, retail market, consulting, opinion research, among others. All with significant gains in cost and operational results.
Currently, the platform already works with other tools besides data collection, such as Workflow and the 5W2H Action Plan, which, together with a powerful Advanced Analytics tool, close the cycle from detection to corrective action, all within the same platform.
With international operations, HashData currently operates with over 20,000 active users, more than 1M data points collected, analyzed, and processed monthly, and over 200 industrial units, in addition to other distinct operations.
HashData was born in critical industrial environments, handling data volumes that most platforms simply cannot support. This shaped every technical decision made over these ten years.
Availability
Clustered infrastructure with full redundancy and updates without system downtime, the same operational standard as companies like Google and Amazon.
Data Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, access control by profiles and permissions, complete traceability of operations, and documented governance like RIPD, DPA, and CSIRT fully aligned with LGPD.
